Mission and Vision of Behaviors R Us
Mission Statement
Behaviors R Us (BRU) offers quality, client-focused, family-based, and ethical ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, OCD, ODD, non-verbal, behavioral disorders, etc.
We also offer support, training opportunities of ABA techniques, compassion, and collaboration with the client’s circle of support members such as families, the client’s other therapists (Speech, Occupational, feeding, etc.), other community helpers (teachers, caregivers, nurses, social workers, etc.), and any medical providers (PCP, specialist doctors, psychiatrists, etc.).

Vision Statement
Behaviors R Us wants to help as many individuals as possible to reach growth, self-independence, and self-reliance as possible, and also, help the client’s family harbor an easier, confident, and happier life for themselves and the individuals we serve.

At Behaviors R Us we believe that support should not only be for the individual, but the family and caregivers as well. While we strive to improve the client, our team focuses on the family’s and caregiver’s needs as well. We make an effort to include and collaborate with family and caregivers as part of the client’s circle of support

At Behaviors R Us, we believe that our providers and staff members should only provide high standards of care to every client. Our high-quality providers use clear, measurable goals focused on improving daily functioning, consistently and constantly evaluating data-based progress from reports and treatment plans to make data-driven decision making for updates in treatment plans, focusing on teaching meaningful life skills (not just reducing challenging behaviors), and utilizing transparent communication skills about methods, progress, and any concerns.

We want everyone involved to understand what it is like to be faced with the same issues on a daily basis and understand that it is not easy to raise children or take care of older individuals with special needs.
